I've graduated in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at University of Pavia, I've joined the Unilever in 2021 as Consumer technical Insight and after a wonderful year there I've joined Haleon in their Future Leader Programme as SFE Analyst.Here, I'm discovering the world of creating a business who's purpose is to thrive and combine new technologies with the human creativity to deliver the best quality and the best experience for the consumer.I define myself flexible and agile, I am a fast learner and always eager to know more, during my work experiences I've learned how to work autonomously and independently whilst being a great team player.My goal is to be a problem solver for my team, someone who can deal with complex situations and multiple stakeholders.

    The main purpose of the thesis was to prepared physical mixtures and kneading products with different composition to achieve co-crystals with an improved dissolution profile compared to the starting main active principle as such. Subsequently, the thermal behaviour of the obtained compositions was studied by DSC in order to obtain the stoichiometric ratio of the two components in the co-crystals. In particular, the characterization of the co-crystal of interest with thermal techniques DSC and TGA, XRPD, FT-IR, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) and HST (Optical Thermomicroscopy) was important to identify uniquely the formation of co-crystal in defined stoichiometric ratio.
