Responsible for the development, direction and management for Rainbow Community Partners and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals programs and events.UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital is proud to be a local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital (CMNH) in Northeast Ohio. Raising funds for 170 children’s hospitals in North America, CMNH partners with large national and regional businesses and retailers to help provide critical funds in their local communities. All funds raised through CMNH activities in Northeast Ohio stay at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, and help to cover the cost of programs and services that insurance does not typically cover.

Work directly with corporations, government entities and individual donors throughout Greater Cleveland community to advance Education, Income and Health through collaborative partnerships. Strong emphasis is placed on cultivation, relationship building, and consultative selling.Manage workplace campaigns at over 30 different organizations including but not limited to: The City of Cleveland, Eaton, GE Lighting and Northeast Ohio Sewer District. Support a volunteer committee of corporate executives with the goal of fostering relationships and increasing engagement.

Responsible for managing the fundraising process for over 80 different businesses and governmental entities including the City of Cleveland. Participate in the planning, organizing and evaluating workplace campaigns. Building and sustaining relationships with business and governmental leaders, employee campaign managers and community volunteers to help to advance Education, Income and Health in the Greater Cleveland community.Assist with the recruiting, hiring, and training for the Loaned Executive Program. Serve as market liaison to LEs to ensure a successful acclimation to the organization.

Serve as an ambassador for United Way of Greater Cleveland, by supporting company Employee Campaign Managers (ECM) and promoting United Way to the community. Responsible for analyzing, planning, organizing, and implementing all aspects of a successful fundraising workplace campaign within the City of Cleveland and select Agencies.
