The role of Accounting Specialist, fits into the Advisory Team of ESN Italia. A team that carries out the activities of monitoring, advice and support of the organizing committees within the events of ESN Italy. Among our tasks we are responsible of evaluating the applications for National Events, helping the Sections by giving advice to make events more sustainable and supporting them through direct and ongoing guidance. My role in the team its mainly focused on the accounting and bookkeeping side of the events.

Management of the Financial Committee of ESN Italy (>50 HC) and financial development of the network's targets. -Marketing Area: developing and creating marketing strategies for all national partners;-Sponsorship Area: analyzing, researching, monitoring and developing partnerships with national & local partners;-Grants Area: Screening and writing of public and private grants;-Treasury Support Area: Developing and supporting the community of all local treasuries and financial education activities.

I coordinate a team specialized in market analysis and contact research, to identify suitable partners and sponsors for ESN Italy. Once the partnerships are established we are monitoring them and we are implementing long term strategies for managing the partners. We are also providing material and training support for the local partnership managers of the ESN local sections.

I coordinate and give assistance to the 53 local sections of ESN Italy in implementing the national project “Mov’in Europe” by organizing conferences that inform young adults about European grants and opportunities to go abroad and motivate them to grab those opportunities. I also took care of social campaigns at national level like Mobility Weeks and coordinate the national campaign for international project “MobilityIsMyLifestyle” in partnership with Ryanair, Hostelling International and Dr. Walter.
