Working on problems on how to enable customers to take actionable decisions on vast amounts of data, generated in on a daily basis. The stronger, and cleaner this data, the better the overall product quality can be.

Martin Developed an Azure Internet of Things solution focused on building an ingestion and analytics platform to monitor several critical devices. Along with the product development helped create the testing strategy and tooling to validate the system in a highly regulated environment. Martin has also developed SharePoint applications for a customer most notably a custom toolset to help create, manage, and report on the yearly budget. He also supported a large private organization in the creation and implementation of their Application Lifecycle Management tools and processes, including the use of TFS and Visual Studio. He was a key part of a team that created and deployed a custom application for an investigative agency, built around CRM 2010 and SharePoint 2013 to manage, distribute, and report on Agent Cases. Martin also developed a custom DLL for a large agency to help manage password complexity beyond the ability of Active Directory. Recently the another organization has started testing the solution for deployment.

As part of a Web 2.0 Development team; responsible for the installation, configuration, and customization of a semantic based Wiki used for data exploitation. This work included assisting with the system architecture and custom coding of the server to customize aspects of the Wiki for a government customer.Other work included implementing custom skins, making modifications as necessary to utilize the best of the skin look-and-feel without losing the capabilities of the semantic aspects of the Wiki and providing solutions, or workarounds when necessary to create the necessary functionality when there were issues installing custom components. This was used as the foundation for the display and integration of data. Later worked on an enhancement, which would change the data displayed, and sources available based on security permissions without altering the page, or the content itself.In addition, installed and configured Klocwork software – a static code analysis tool and then used the tool to study the code base for another government customer. Utilizing the output from this software, researched the problems found, ensured that they were real problems and not opinions or code that was written obscurely, and finally backed up the findings with examples and references based on industry research.
