I have worked in the event & hospitality industry for more than 20 years...and it still doesn't get boring. I count myself lucky to have found my passion. Throughout my career I had many opportunities to grow personally and professionally, I am a highly motivated, enterpreneurial person with well foundet market knowledge and a customer centric approach. In my leadership role, I lead a diverse team of 24 people (sales, marketing, facility & venue management, technical event management) and are responsible for the management of the venue Messe Wien from marketing to facility management and everything in between. In a complex world I translate corporate objectives into a few straightforward guidelines to make on-the-spot decisions and adapt to constantly shifting environments, while keeping the big picture in mind.
