As senior producer and sound designer of Radio Ambulante, I was responsible for creating the sound of the show, which included mixing, scoring and creating the sound design of each episode. Grantee

For my Fulbright grant I trained journalism students in the art of narrative radio storytelling at the University of Montevideo. Our topic of investigation was reverse migration of Uruguayans, a trend triggered in 2009 by the global financial crisis. The stories were produced as a documentary series by the students, each creating a profile of a different returnee or "retornado". The series was edited by me and presented before a live audience in the fall of 2015. Most recently, I adapted the project into an audio exhibit for the Museo de Las Migraciones in Montevideo, from August to December of 2016.
