In this position, I assisted a Key Account Manager, with one of Academic Work’s largest clients. I coordinated contracts towards the client, created Purchase Order Specifications/Quotes, administrated incoming Purchase Orders and solved problems regarding prices and invoices towards the client. I was involved in the procurements and helped with the price-setting process by taking out reports of earlier data. Besides this, I was performing monthly reports for the office to our Sales Process Specialist. I developed contact with the purchasers externally, Consultant Managers, Account Managers and the invoice and payroll departments internally.

In this role, I assisted the Recruitment Consultants, within the business area Technology, through the whole recruitment process. The recruitment process is divided into CV selection, screening interviews, interviews, book client interviews, and reference calls. During this process, I also get to practice having client contact. During the summer period, I got the chance to act as a Recruitment Consultant. This means that I have full responsibility for the whole recruitment process and client contact.This is a position where your social skills get tested. Every day you get new impressions of different candidates and clients. Further, this position is also administrative. During the recruitment process, you practice labor law every day.I was also working from the office in Lausanne, Switzerland during to my exchange studies, reporting to the Stockholm office.
