As SIX Group Sustainability Leader for the Net-Zero workstream, I actively support the successful implementation and further development of the sustainability strategy and the establishment of the group-wide sustainability organization. Among other things, I am responsible for the definition of the first group-wide emission reduction targets. I actively engage with other sustainability leaders to define the emission reduction roadmap, and to foster the understanding and development of sustainability and environmental topics within the organization.

RepRisk is a pioneer in ESG data science that leverages the combination of AI and ML with human intelligence to systematically analyze public information and identify material ESG risks.I was responsible of managing and developing long-standing relationships with leading financial institutions, insurance providers and non-financial multinationals. I engaged and supported clients in the identification and integration of material ESG risks in their due diligence processes and investment decisions. Among some of my achievements, I managed the largest client portfolio in the key account management team, I acted as the go to person from the business side to our Client Solutions team for successful product development, and I was part of the Global Sustainability Committee, tasked with the development of the first sustainability report of the company.

Responsible of developing the sustainability strategy of TEND asset portfolio, including creating a sustainability scorecard for the assets and the related customer experiences. I was responsible, among other things, to execute the asset sourcing activities as well as to contribute to the overall customer centricity strategy of TEND.

Responsible for managing sustainability projects for a wide range of clients and industries (e.g. manufacturing, automotive, financial services, media, food, fashion & luxury). Main activities included:- Development of sustainability strategies and target definition.- Development of models for the measurement and evaluation of social and environmental externalities (SROI, P&L, I-O Matrix).- Methodological support on stakeholder engagement and materiality analysis following international guidelines.- Methodological support on sustainability reporting process, data collection and report drafting according to legislative requirements and applicable standards.- Assurance on Sustainability Reports according to ISAE 3000 standard- Methodological support for the development of ESG policies, Code of Ethics and Code of Business Conduct.

I worked as intern at INRA to develop a mechanistic model regarding the growth of peach trees and their interaction with pest, as part of a bigger effort to find alternative ways of management of the orchards. The work has been presented at the 8th European Conference on Ecological Modeling in Marrakech, Morocco and at the 24th Congresso Nazionale della Società Italiana di Ecologia (SItE), Ferrara.
