Arbetet grundar sig i att sätta upp nödvändig IT-plattform för snabb tillväxt och stödja affärsutvecklingens alla faser. Lösningen finns till 100% i molnet. Arbetsformen är anpassad till rådande rekommendation för pandemin och utförs på distans. Idéen är att erbjuda MODD Process som börjar på management nivån och löper fram till prototypframtagning. Att stödja digital marknadsföring & försäljning samt arbetet med MODDs varumärke ligger just nu i mitt fokus. Jag har tagit initiativ till MODDs webbinarieserie "tech innovation series" som har till uppgift att sprida kunskap om metoder för att driva teknologisk innovation inom framväxande digitala tekologier. Serien utgår ifrån metoder för innovationsledning och design thinking som grund för att finna behov och experimentera med nya digitala tekniker. Varje webbinarium är fristående, men det finns en röd tråd genom serien som samlat ger en helhetsbild av hur man med etablerade metoder kan skapa innovativa digitala lösningar med utgångspunkt från marknadens förändringar, organisationens behov, och nya teknologier på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt.

As CIO at AB Stokab I was responsible for managing and driving the development of the IT department which provides IT services to both the Stokab group for AB Stokab and St. Erik Communications AB. I represent and collaborate with department heads and system owners in all IT/Business related decisions.Initially, this role involved a challenging re-structure and securing of assets within the IT department. Today, I am particularly proud of the development of the IT department at Stokab and the support my IT department supplies throughout the business. The System Platform is based on comprehensive virtualization and standardization on Microsoft products with very high SLA levels. Through my innovative, sustainable and eco-friendly solutions, IT has become a driver for the business, and through this Stokab was awarded the Sustainable project of the year 2010 (CIO Sweden).At AB Stokab I have created a customer-focused IT organisation that understands the business requirements and I am constantly striving to develop and adapt processes, policies and standards to fit the business needs. I am accustomed to working within a business that demands extremely high quality in every facet and where it’s crucial to maintain a high level of IT accessibility. As a consultant at Capgemini AB I worked with Business & Information Strategy as a Microsoft Senior Consultant at Technology & Outsourcing Solutions. I created solutions based on the client's specific business requirements for IT solutions.

Norstedts is Sweden’s oldest publishing house, founded in 1823. I worked at Norstedts as a system administrator, developer, manager and responsible for purchase of IT equipment. I did my thesis on Norstedts: “Sales support system for salespeople”. Information retrieved from a mainframe was delivered to a sales system in laptops, developed in Paradox. I experienced a changing industry, a journey from books made of paper to era e-books and media.

I worked on “KF Media AB / Liber AB / Wolter Kluwer Sweden” as head of a major part of the IT environment at the company. KF Media AB was the umbrella organization for media companies in the KF group with 1200 employees in Scandinavia. With the company's expansion as well as my versatility, my responsibilities over the years diversified and increased. These responsibilities included system design, design of security systems and IT based communication. During infrastructure changes, I have worked as supervisor and the deputy CIO. The challenge with this work was to contribute to growth and the change from a small business to multi-national group.
