In my position as a business founder I consistently invested in training to develop these interpersonal skills which were essential for managing and getting the best from my team of freelance, remote employees.And it worked …From 2018 – 2020 when myself and my husband went on a 2-year cycling adventure from London to New Zealand, my team not only maintained the business, but thrived, increasing our client bases and boosting revenues by 120%!
