Neuro-diversityMy work is with those who have been affected by dyslexia, dyspraxia, AD(H)D, Autism, have had a stroke or brain injury, are diagnosed as bi-polar, or have anxiety and those with cognitive issues which can come after serious illness. We all experience stress but sometimes it can be overwhelming and that's where I come in with a bit of training and developing coping strategies with my client. Clients are seen at work or at home for 2-3 hours over a period of 3-6-8 months for strategy sessions.
