-Analytical review performed on account balances and max level of debt of a portfolio of companies.-Negotiation of T&C with financial entities during the different steps of restructuration.

-Elaboration of reports that served as the basis for the preparation and executions of the Processes of Corporate Restructuring.-Inspections and risk assessments of the largest Spanish companies like Pescanova, Telefónica, Grupo Meliá e Inditex.

-Financial assistance, keeping track of the market value of securities and risks in the portfolio of clients.-Analysis of mutual funds to be able to elaborate the portfolios depending on what type of risk the client wanted to assume.
