- Recruiting, coaching, assessing, challenging and giving feedback to individuals of all levels working for the organisation- Building strong partner-based, long-term co-operation with business, being the primary point of contact for all human-resource-related issues- Implementing global and local HR initiatives and processes (resource planning, recruitment, employment, induction, training and development)- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of all country legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance- Ensuring adherence to the Global Talent Policy and seeking on-going continuous improvement- Working together with local HR Managers
