Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer and part of the Wickes Senior Leadership Team. Directing the full P&L operation of Wickes B2B sales and corporate partnerships across the 230 store estate. Leading a team in developing corporate sales, concessions and affinity partnerships; overseeing more than 60 corporate partnerships.• Manage the channel sales plan and commercial partnerships to budget & profit targets• Work directly with group stakeholders to deliver the annual sales and profit plans• Devise, create, implement and direct the annual B2B marketing plan, ensuring and protecting brand and creative alignment to the wider Wickes annual business marketing strategy• Lead the consolidation and coordination of the efforts of a multi-disciplined team and roster of agencies to achieve the most compelling through the line marketing and PR communications in an efficient and cost effective way• Stakeholder management with company and wider group management steering and working groups to bring appropriate functional expertise and senior experience • Manage the Wickes B2B sales opportunities across the Travis Perkins group• Deputise for the role of Wickes Multi-channel Director where required• Represent Wickes at UK industry member events wide, UK legislative forums and wider consultative groupsKey Achievements & Milestones:• Grew B2B sales & client base, delivering £5m within 18 months of start-up (£12m run rate 2016)• Successful market launch of B2B and Partnerships into incremental sales channels, including - Reward & Recognition, Social Housing, Corporate Repairs, Stores Estate.• Integration of Wickes B2B into the Travis Perkins corporate trading unit across a business platform covering more than 128 Social Housing contracts• Shared project partner for Wickes Agile Marketing Engagement programme, designed to improve team and colleague engagement across 60 Marketing staff; as aligned to the Wickes Transformational Business Plan
