In 2005, joined James Harvard Intl, a fast growing boutique Life Sciences & Fintech recruitment company with operations in UK/EU & Japan.I specialized in the recruitment of regulatory affairs professionals into EU HQ & local affiliate operations. In 2007 Hays acquired James Harvard Intl, a strategic acquisition that allowed Hays to expand their portfolio offering, to secure a significant position in the Life Sciences recruitment market and provide a vehicle to intro their core businesses into Japan. 🌍 Hays established Life Sciences operations in a number of countries, whereby I relocated in 2008 with a colleague to Australia to spearhead the set up of the Sydney operation and in time a Melbourne office. 📈 Hays had no local presence within the local life sciences market and starting very much from a blank slate, we built the business from the ground up. Through strategic planning, relentless networking & delivery of consistent high-quality results for our customers, within 2 years we’d grown the brand to be a key player, positioning ourselves as a 'go to recruitment partner' for high caliber life sciences talent across regulatory affairs, medical affairs, market access, clinical research, commercial and senior appointments.
