This has strengthened the municipality's international profile and created holistic solutions for newcomers and local businesses.Cultural change & change management: Created collaborative structures internally within Lolland Municipality and with external stakeholders to support the strategy for recruiting and settling international newcomers. The result is relocation support for new families in Lolland in all areas of their life situations. Strategic Recruitment: Participating in the development of a pilot project for recruiting international skilled workers for elderly care, where I was involved in the entire recruitment process. I contributed to developing job and cultural descriptions, coordinated candidate visits, developed an onboarding program, and was responsible for ensuring that accompanying partners find employment.Organizational Development: Utilizing anthropological methods to improve cultural and psychological factors in change processes. I worked for Next2Five, a startup corporation that conducted research on future trends and developments in HR, recruitment, and the labor market in general. My responsibilities:Researching the newest trends using the Scenario method, which I learned from my collaboration with the Copenhagen Institute of Future Studies located in Copenhagen. The data we collected was used to develop educational materials for Norwegian schools.

My 3 periods of maternity leave have given me the best kind of experience: life experience.

Nykøbing Falster

I was part of the team which developed Guldborgsund Municipality first site for newcomers. At the time it was a big deal and for me an honor to be part of. One of my tasks was to do interviews on the basis of ethnographic reserach and make a culturalanalysis of some of the newcomers to the area. This was gathered to stories and movies used for promoting the area.

Copenhagen

I was guiding an coaching students concering their motivation, study, tasks and choices. I did seminars and 1:1 coaching sessions. My responsibility was to maintain the good and constructive dialoge between the teachers, the administration and the leaders.
