Each of the Company’s potential projects were analysed in view of their potential, ownership structure, financing constraints and geographical location. The implementation of the company’s business plan caused its production to triple over its first 6 years of existence.In order for the value being created by the company to be reflected in its share price, La Mancha’s accomplishments had to be effectively communicated to the markets. I developed an aggressive IR program that managed to establish the Company’s credibility on the Canadian, American and European markets, both with the retail and institutional investors.Other responsibilities included:1) Developing and presenting to the board, the company’s business plan and acquisition opportunities;2) Coordinating the work of external legal counsels on corporate matters and overseeing the company’s compliance with Canadian securities law;3) Improving the governance of the Company by contributing to define best practices and by overseeing their implementation;4) Coordinating the efforts of some 15 employees and external collaborators.
