About Martin Andago
Martin Andago is the Head of I.C.T at the National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from UCSI University in Malaysia and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in ICT Policy & Regulation at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a member of the Internet Society, the Standby Task Force and the IEEE Computer Society He has previously published several journal papers focusing on XML and the Semantic Web.He provides leadership to ICT operations and infrastructure ensuring that an appropriate technical support framework is in place, including the management and delivery of service support and delivery as well as providing administrative direction for daily operational activities.
