Worked on a platform for Telstra's L3 Agents (highest level agents) to help resolve issues of customers. This meant that agents can interact directly with the network via a easy to use web app instead of using a terminal.This platform communicates directly to the many Telstra intricate network adapters and is live in prod.I've been on this project since day 1, and have been blessed to have experienced the project lifecycle from its inception. I also got to influence many aspects of the projects front-end design and implementation of the application.Throughout my time here, I've also mentored 2 graduates in the project.
