Justice Fund Toronto is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting communities in conflict with the law through three strategic priorities; supporting community-led initiatives, reforming philanthropy and creating a cultural centre in the heart of downtown Toronto.Justice Fund grew out of a project incubated at 40 Foundation, the private foundation of Noah ’40’ Shebib, Co-Founder of Octobers Very Own.Justice Fund is dedicated to the social and economic wellbeing of communities within the GTA. Violence in Toronto continues to be an increasing challenge and youth who experience poverty are impacted more by this violence than any other demographic. We are built on the belief that when provided with opportunities to thrive, under-resourced communities become less violent, thus breaking the cycle of conflict.

Artscape Daniels Launchpad is a first-of-its-kind creative entrepreneurship hub designed to help emerging and established artists, designers and creators succeed like never before. It’s 30,000+ sq. ft of state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary creative and technical studios and event space.I was called in to help lead and coordinate this new initiative. My involvement in the project includes:- Designing the educational program and components.- Reaching out to mentors and facilitators.- Maintaining daily contact with participants.- Developing relationships with possible collaborators and partners.- Assessing mentors and facilitators during workshop pre-production.

Nuit Blanche Podcast 2020/21 “Belonging to Place” is a series of ten 40-minute curated podcasts with interviews and discussions revolving around a geographic thematic. Artistic Director Dr. Julie Nagam dialogues with artists, cultural producers, and scholars to unearth different artistic practices and their relation to the rich history of rivers, oceans, mountains, and forests as content and metaphor.My involvement in the project included collaborative work with the festival director and producers to shape the narrative and identity of the series. Advising and providing technical support. Organizing & editing multi-layered audio assets according to script (sound repair of interview tapes when needed). Providing several draft mixes & creative input to assist during the production process, ensuring deadlines are met.
