Nowadays as a consultant I work mostly for business development and growth supporting entrepreneurs and company to launch or reinvent or expand their vision and their business. I love investing myself in every project I choose finding creative and innovative solutions following the work as if it was mine. Nothing excites me more than a new challenge!

Onar Istanbul - International Women Support Onar is a project born as an idea of women who have the experience of migration under their belt, a solid background in the social sphere and gender awareness.Onar is primarily a network. Being a woman and being foreign, often makes you feel like an outcast.Balancing this combination at the same time is difficult, adventurous and rewarding. But it implies you must have a safety net. Because if the net is not there, there is risk.The network we created as ONAR is made up of different organizations, professionals in various fields, institutions, shelters, desks, foundations but mostly, individuals. Women for women, creating and sharing a positive, supportive, culturally and socially engaged environment.Onar is made up by women, foreign and Turkish together, collaborating to create something meaningful

But, it is only the beginning.‘Raise your Woice’ seeks to amplify the voices of all Women by promoting their free expression, thereby giving voice to the struggle for civil, economic, political and gender rights worldwide.We believe in the potential of empowering Women’s Voices, we believe in taking serious actions, promoting those who are already doing a great job, like NGOs, entities, leaders, artists and activists, collaborating with them and creating the right network and environment through further awareness in order to have a real Impact. We want to give more Voice to Turkish Women, especially guiding the youth with the right self confidence to achieve great things in their lives. We want to highlight a woman’s stance against harassment, against violence and against oppression.We seek prevention. We seek a future that does not mirror our past.
