I'm the founder and CEO of Alice Public Relations. At Alice, our purpose is to create change that makes Ireland - and the world - a better place. We do this by delivering ambitious communications campaigns for our clients. CurrentThe WorkEqual campaign aims to challenge gender inequalities in the workplace. It is centred around a month of activities each November, including Equal Pay Day, the day on which women in Ireland effectively stop earning, relative to men, because of our gender pay gap of just over 14%. I developed the concept for and have managed the WorkEqual campaign since its establishment in 2016.
