I was one of the key players throughout the consolidation process, managing the redundancies as well as the retention of a key employee, setting up a new IT system (SAP Sucess Factor), preparing and defending the new bonus system, and of course managing the change, expectations and culture shift for our employees.After the merger, the biggest challenge was to make sure that employees from two different backgrounds worked as one team and to find a significant number of new employees as the company grew even faster than before.
