Originally employed in 2003 by DELTA to recover a PPP/PFI construction contract for a London Borough; re-evaluation of contract, review of sub-contractor packages and ultimately provision of recommendations for a course of action to secure the contractual position of Delta. Since then, overall responsibility of all commercial interior D&B fit out contracts carried out by Delta
