MKH Advertising is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Accord Group Ltd and the 5th largest recruitment advertising agency in the UK with offices employing 40 staff and a sales turnover in 2008 of £43m. The company services the recruitment and candidate attraction and fulfilment needs of a broad range of clients from sectors including Central Government, Not for Profit, Charity, Education, Commercial and the Recruitment Consultancy markets. Leading a senior management team of 6 and a 5 strong direct sales team, I led the company following its acquisition by the Accord Group in 2004 through a process of restructuring and change, delivering year-on-year increases in sales turnover and above budget net operating profits.

Boyne Publicity was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Accord Group Ltd. I was appointed Managing Director following the company's acquisition by the Accord Group Ltd. Boyne Publicity was a direct-response advertising agency specialising in the automotive and recruitment sectors. Following the acquisition of MKH, the trading activity of Boyne Publicity was merged into Artavia Advertising.

Boyne Publicity was a privately owned company and the leading direct-response advertising agency within the prestige automotive sector. I joined Boyne Publicity to work closely with the owner and Managing Director to grow the company and diversify into other market sectors. The success of diversifying into the recruitment advertising market led to the company's acquisition by the Accord Group in 2002 and to my appointment as Managing Director.
