As a licensed architect for more than thirty-five years I have enjoyed full participation in all segments of the profession. My expertise extends from needs evaluation through design, presentation and construction drawings, specifications, and field services. I have supervised production and have operated my own solo architectural practice. I have been an instructor at technical colleges teaching architectural rendering, model building and construction drawing. I have served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Rigorous specifications are coordinated with the drawings and succinctly define material quality and performance expectations. Quality construction drawings and specifications support collaboration between architect, owner, and contractor.
