In my 20-year career as senior marketing professional, I have always embraced a results oriented and innovative Marketing culture. I have been fortunate to have worked with large companies such as Kraft Foods (Mondelez), Johnson & Johnson, and TD Bank as well as privately held, entrepreneurial firms incl. Town Shoes Ltd, Herbal Magic, Unilever Ventures. Working with major corporations provided me with exposure to strong brand portfolios and different Marketing roles. At Kraft, I managed consumer & trade oriented brands and was one of the 1st members of their North American CRM initiative. Given my passion for results, the move from brand management to CRM exposed me to richer analytics and ultimately a more measurable Marketing approach. Since leaving Kraft, I have expanded my experience building brands and designing marketing programs for retail firms in the fashion, beauty, wellness and financial services industry. My last 4 Marketing roles were with privately held B2C companies confirming my passion for entrepreneurial businesses. Working with smaller firms, I have managed all aspects of the Marketing function incl. strategy, delivery and analytics across traditional and digital channels. The rise of digital Marketing (e.g. social media, Google, programmatic) has provided me with tremendous learning opportunities and has become an invaluable asset in my “toolkit”. All assignments confirmed my ultimate passion for Marketing - it is the ability to manage a business holistically by combining brand with 1:1 customer management leveraging traditional and digital Marketing disciplines. On the personal side, I am a relationship builder and team leader with a “driver personality” who thrives on getting things done well by developing strong relationships and by deploying a pragmatic and efficient project management approach.
