Originate, structure and execute funding for high leverage transactions, such as MBO’s, Acquisitions, Refinance & Cash-Out, particularly where there is a significant proportion of “unsecured” lending to existing or prospective customers.

Minimise, mitigate, and protect the Bank from financial loss when there is cause for concern around a company’s trading performance and liquidity position. To evaluate key problems, find solutions and assist the customer / company turnaround where possible, by providing un-conventional lending facilities whilst stability is restored.

Business Advisory, such as IBRs and consulting with Banks / Companies regarding Business Turnaround. Administrations and Liquidations.

Corporate Finance Transactions, covering both Lead Advisory (MBOs / Private Equity) and Due Dilligence.

General Accounting practioner duties for the SME market: tax, audit, management accounts, withmore emphasis on value added services, being management accounts, advisory, system processesimplementation/enhancement etc.
