As the Associate Director for our Data and Analytics practice, I am responsible for rolling out the strategy at an operational level. Directly reporting to the Data and Analytics Director, I have overarching responsibilities for the delivery, sales, people management and product ownership for the D&A practice at a national level.

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Readify, I directly support all hires for the Data & Analytics practice nationally, at all levels. I work with the wider People Team and Marketing Team to source exceptional talent nationally and internationally. My role involves process improvement for the entire recruitment function and I am also the Product Owner for our internal Recruitment platform built by our people. In addition to this, I manage all external vendors relationships relating to our Talent Acquisition function.
