-Development of study protocols and management of processing laboratory activities, sensory analysis and analysis of the main quality parameters of fresh and processed products;-Management of studies in the area of efficacy (studies in GEP) and residuality (studies in GLP) of plant protection products, mainly in the area of processing of different matrices and sensory analysis on fresh and processed products, in accordance with international guidelines;-Technical and organisational support of GLP activities in field trials and in protected environments (greenhouses and tunnels);-Development of new analysis methods and management of dedicated test equipment;-Optimisation of the efficacy and efficiency of processing techniques in qualitative and sensory analysis, with continuous research in innovation of laboratory techniques and related instruments;-Collection, management of raw data and related statistical analysis using leading software such as ARM, SPSS;-Production of documentation and periodic reporting of activities carried out;-Collaboration in the drafting of the Study Plan and Final Report;-Coordinator of the SAGEA Group's processing and quality/sensory analysis laboratory, Italy and Europe, for the management of the analysis of samples;-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
