Led the development and launch of Ogourmet.com, an eCommerce business that provided Canadian and U.S. consumers with a selection of 1500 products sourced from a network of 50+ suppliers. Developed a custom WMS solution and integrations to 3PL and suppliers.

Advised and assisted SNC-Lavalin in establishing and implementing project management strategies and processes to help ensure the successful delivery of a large training complex and program.

Reporting to the VP Market Development, Global eCommerce division, led the program to launch Wal-Mart Canada’s eCommerce business (walmart.ca). Responsible for business development in Peru, Mexico and Venezuela and for managing the SoftMap division that develops geomatics products for the mass market.Envirosat offers consulting services in geomatics, land management and natural resources management.

Led the team of program managers responsible for managing the product life-cycle of all systems supporting Walmart.com's Optical, Pharmacy, Gift Registry, Financial Services and Tires businesses, and all systems requiring integration between Walmart's online store and Walmart's brick and mortar stores.

Led the product life cycle of the e-procurement module, supplier relationship and reverse auction modules of the company’s online sourcing solution.Led the company’s effort to standardize the product definition and development processes based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP).

Co-led the project to transition the Aerospace Equipment Program Management organization to a National Defense wide engineering maintenance system. Led the design of enhancements to the Public Works and Government Services Canada's purchasing system (ABE).Led the development of a strategic plan to launch an AMS aerospace business practice within AMS.Led the design and development team to create and implement the contract module for IPPS, a system streamlining procurement at Natural Resources Canada, utilized by over 1000 employees, enabling self-servicing for low value items.

Led a study of IT business opportunities in Monterrey for Canadian firms that involved conducting interviews with the CEO and/or CIO of the 15 largest industrial groups in Monterrey.
