Tasks included: assigning engineers to offshore jobs, arranging travels, booking trainings for career progress, keeping track of working hours to stay in compliance with regulations, keeping contact with field service managers all over the world, client invoicing and other administrative tasks.

As a Customer Advisor I was responsible for the workshop. Assisting clients at the reception, give advise, scheduling appointments, administration, assisting the mechanics with minor repairs and invoicing. As a Planner I was responsible for scheduling appointments at various workshops within the area and en route.

Within the Hotel department, as part of the Guest Services team, I provided consistent highly personalized concierge services to all guests. (Information, dining reservations, room service, excursions etc.). I was responsible to ensure total guest satisfaction of all the guests in the suites and all Dutch speaking guests. Furthermore I was responsible for organizing and hosting award ceremonies for repeating guests.

Dancetour stands for ‘Bringing People Together’ and does this by organising multiple free-access dance events throughout the Netherlands, the Dancetour DJ Clash competition with 300+ talented DJ's, the Mixperience DJ workshop for people with a disability and by co-creating projects with yearly 200 students of various schools. Within the Events departments, I was responsible for all logistics and personnel for the open air music festivals throughout the country. Tasks included: personnel planning and material distribution, assisting the event manager onsite during the set up, execution and completion of festivals. Responsible for the set up and completion of smaller open air dance events (8000-10000 visitors).

Primary job was bartending in the après ski bar. Additionally I also helped out at different departments in the hotel such as the restaurant, housekeeping and chalet service.
