I contributed to the design and development of Acoustic Mist Ionisation MS (AMI-MS), a contactless ultrahigh-throughput analytical platform which has already made a huge impact on many drug discovery projects at AstraZeneca and collaborating research organisations. Working closely with Waters, Labcyte and colleagues at AZ, I led the development of several biochemical HTS campaigns and was responsible for exploring applications beyond biochemical screening. I designed and validated methods for high-content cellular assays and blood analyses that were successfully applied to live projects.
