My role involves overseeing day to day activities of software development teams, reviewing technical outputs(codes, design, frameworks), creating solution architecture and high level estimates, process review and continuous improvement of efficiency and communication.I also work closely with our company’s management team in aligning technologies/products with overall business and commercial objectives.At Priava, I've managed to scope, design and successfully deliver the first industry software as service (SaaS) web platform using Oracle database, Java platform, Spring framework, Amazon EC2 and Adobe Flex for user interface. This included implementing SCRUM, agile methodology across the company using VersionOne system. Further, I managed to streamline release cycle of existing products (VB, ASP.NET, SQL server) and providing predictability and transparency to the management and customers.

GPayments is specialized in authentication and payment solutions for online transactions. The solutions are mainly used by banks, financial institutions, merchants and card holders. GPayments provides a complete range of integrated authentication products based on Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and JCB J/Secure. These products are deployed in over 30 countries worldwide and in some of the largest international corporations.During this time I was in charge of 2 software development teams and managed the scoping, design and development of 2 enterprise level software products as well as delivering several web applicaiton projects. • Scoping, design and development of 4th generation of the GPayments’ payment gateway solution in J2EE environment; Working with a leading Australian provider of bill payment and online payment service to gather business requirements for payment gateway solution. Utilizing payment gateway industry standards including ISO 8583, AS2805, Visa 3-D secure, MasterCard SecureCode, transaction risk analysis and fraud protection.• Scoping, design and development of an electronic document and email management system (EDMS) from grounds up using several Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET. The EDMS is the first enterprise document management system which utilizes W3C’s RDF standard in order to store application data in RDF triple format as well as using RDQL in order to provide RDF query via web services.
