Did the analysis of and designed for the business logic, business processes and core Java/Oracle persistence information structures, databases and procedures providing access for millions of customers to many hundreds of millions of on-line images. Defined and designed core features to provide ASP/Co-branding, multi-lingual operation while supporting a wide range of content and social-networking functionality. Designed, built core e-commerce functionality in PL/SQL including multilevel e-commerce system supporting flat, tiered and nominal pricing/discounting structures for both product and shipping components.

Designed and implemented core activity/business Oracle data warehouse, PL/SQL, ETL and reporting system architecture tracking the activity of 150,000,000 mailboxes and 5,000+ domains with a volume growth of 50% per month. Features included facilities to prioritize processing of data by customer, data quality assurance/validation, and ability to seamlessly back-out data, multi-time zone reporting and pre-processing of report data; featured in Oracle magazine March 2000, it processes 70 million events a day.
