Supported head of department with 100 employees; included definition of strategic priorities, workforce planning and conducting business reviews. Responsible for project office in large-scale initiative to outsource the US payroll to an external provider. Started as 12-months expatriate assignment, extended to 18 months upon company’s request. I returned to Switzerland because my wife wanted to return to Switzerland.

Project manager for several projects to implement assessment tools (assessment centers, personality tests) for external candidates. Designing and delivering trainings to line managers and HR staff was part of these projects; conducted trainings for more than 200 line managers and HR staff in Switzerland, Germany, and Luxemburg. Worked on several large-scale international projects (budget more than CHF 14m) to redesign the company’s HR processes and introduce ERP software PeopleSoft HRMS.
