Responsibilities:- Management of the accounts of clients from the following markets: France, Belgium, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Australia, Japan and Turkey.- Coordinating the shipments of exportation.Main duties:-Contact point for the clients and orders processing.-Treating the headers selections, samples and production requests.-Collaborating with the design and production department to develop the clients exclusives products.-Coordinate the export shipments with the warehouse, the forwarders and the clients factories.-Liaising with the commercial agent of each market.-Attending fairs from the sector.

Responsibilities:- Coordinating and handling of the logistic supply chain of material for stores opening and maintenance across the world- Processing the Green Light for exportation with customs agents and subsidiaries / franchisesMain duties:- Contacting manufacturers to establish the volume of the freight- Requesting transport quotations and issuance of transport orders- Consolidating the material in Stradivarius’ various warehouses or pacification of direct shipments from factories to destination countries depending on the type of material- Collaboration with the warehouses to prepare the freight for shipping- Issuance of export documents (invoices / PL / CO / DAE / CMR / ATR / DGD )- In case of new store opening: coordinating of the unloading of the building material and furniture with local subsidiaries and franchises, involving local logistic operators whenever needed- Cooperating with the Building department to report and solve problems- Handling the triangulations from Asia y to Latin America- Organizing inspections of the material, phitosanitary certificates and fumigation of the material before shipment whenever required- Consulting customs agents in destination countries to find out whether any current import restrictions could affect our exportations, depending on the kind of items - Collaborating with Purchasing Department to obtain the necessary product information and documents such as DOC to complete the exportation- Issuing reports on the shipments’ situation to keep the internal customers of the company informed- Coordinating LCL and LTL with other Brands of the Inditex Group

Responsibilities:- Managing the purchase of the company and organizing its transport, both importation and local distribution- Defining and implementing the logistic processes to initiate the triangulations of the company’s own Brand items from China to Europe and handle themMain duties:- Definition of purchasing requirements and issuing purchase orders- International and national transport contracting- Following-up of the purchase orders with suppliers from Asia- Coordinating the sea and air freight shipment with the freight forwarders- Planning the containers unloading in the warehouse- Reviewing import documents and approving of payments to suppliers- Coordinating the actuation of various departments involved in product development to secure timing- Implantation of Ecoembes system (application for recycling declaration), issuance of annual declaration- Inputting product data and stock movements in the Purchasing module in ERP Navision - Issuance of product data sheets, loading calculations to optimize containers and pallets loads- Reviewing and approval of transport invoices- Stock controlling, inventories

Responsibilities:- Handling of importations and managing administrative tasks proper to the purchasing department- Helping out all the departments of the company for the opening and maintenance of stores in FranceMain duties:- Investigating news suppliers- Issuing purchase orders- Following-up of importations and new products development- Coordinating with the freight forwarder the shipments from China and the unloading of containers in the warehouse- Maintenance of the products database in ERP SAP- Introducing stock movements in ERP SAP- Helping with maintenance of stores in France: translation, suppliers selection, problem-solving
