Data Centric Architecture makes it easy to deploy and use in analytics.Results: Easily deploy Data Centric architecture to a Data Lake using MS Excel, Talend ETL tools, MySQL, Postgres and Amazon AWS.

Management analytics accelerates the rate of making well-informed marketing and risk management decisions, leading to enhanced profit and effectively-managed risk. Applied statistical and econometric expertise is the core competency supporting a management analytics discipline.SAMPLE: Constructed and implemented post money laundering alert models that reduced the number of alerts for review based upon prior transaction history for the alerted party. Results: Eliminated 15% of alerts from analyst review and expedited 10% for suspicious activity review.

Working with data analytics group leverage their wealth of data. The tool helps evaluate the value of the Cedexis Openmix traffic routing platform for new customers.SAMPLE: Constructed and communicated data analysis of 300 million daily measurements of round trip times (browser ‘ping’ times) to assist clients in selecting best Content Delivery Network (CDN) providers. Results: Reduced data for use in MS Excel optimization using Goal Seek and Solver to select best subset of CDN providers.

Econometric support for long-range integrated resource planning process.SAMPLE: Conceptualized and constructed a network model in SAS/OR for capacity planning of very long-range demand forecasts and system capacity constraints. Conceived and developed a genetic algorithm to optimize decisions for local distribution network construction project choices. Results: Evaluated 40 construction projects and capacity purchases over a 30 year planning horizon.

Constructed, simulated and built acceptance for the implementation of new business rules in the management of product inventory across 2,000 stores. The project name was M2P2 (merchandising management product placement) and I was consulting with Information Technology and Hollywood Entertainments external retail business practice consultants.SAMPLE: Conceptualized and quantified the value of a store-product forecast model of store specific unit rental demand. Using computer simulations created in MS/Access and quantified the costs and benefits of alternative forecasting models.Results: A forecasting model was adopted which identified a $4 million (10%) reduction in store inventory levels, with no impact to rental demand.

Influenced executive management in the analysis of customer supply chains requests for proposals. Developed network models for risk metrics in the evaluation of customer pricing policy and operational impact of alternatives. Presented results to executive management team.SAMPLE: Developed sales portfolio metrics for profitability and proactive customer relationship management in Base SAS. Identified new mechanisms for proactive metric tracking and reporting. Lead the automation of regular sales portfolio reporting of customer profitability for proactive customer analysis by sales and operations management. Results: Within 6 months, one major location’s profitability improved from a $5,000 loss per month to a $25,000 gain per month while developing the reports.

The analysis of sales, marketing and product performance. Explored, tested and implemented an expert system for inventory control.SAMPLE: Explored and implemented (built, tested and moved to production) a card inventory control expert system to support 15 inventory controllers.Results: Reduced daily inventory evaluations from 2 people in 2 hours to 1 person in 45 minutes.
