Including responsibility for management of multiple funding sources, contracts, and cost allocation - in service of the Massachusetts Health Insurance Exchange and Integrated Eligibility System project.

Established an international training and technical assistance division to support developing countries with implementation and validation of drug susceptibility testing for m.Tuberculosis, and implementation of laboratory quality assurance systems.Provided country specific project leadership and directed engagement with government leadership, Ministries of Health, global donors/granting entities, and international affiliations - including the International Union Against TB and Ling Disease (IUATLD), Stop- TB, and the World Health Organization.Co-authored Global Laboratory Initiative's Step-wise Process for TB Laboratory Accreditation.

Developed and led dozens of client driven projects across numerous states and within the medical school. Key projects included: public health strategic planning, establishment of a tobacco free initative, investment planning in support of sustaining the Eunice K. Shriver Center for Developmental Disabilities, implementation of a certification and training program to implement use of the Child Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) instrument, and the creation of iSIMS - a multi-modal medical simulation center (including development of a revenue sustainability plan).

Lead the consolidation (operationaland physical) of the State Unit on Aging and Medicaid Office of Long-Term Care - in support of improved operational and programmatic performance. Responsible for the administration of the State Pharmacy Assistance Program and its’ transition to a secondary payer under Medicare Part D. Served as Acting Chief Information Officer - led the development, evaluation and procurement selection of a statewide case management and assessment solution to meet financial and administrative needs for managing both Medicaid and non-medicaid home and community-based services.
