Within the framework of Duquesne University Palumbo-Donahue School's "Business of Difference-Making" work with the Advancement Team to identify corporate sponsors and form meaningful partnerships in association with our eight business centers; simultaneously develop real-world projects for inclusion in our cornerstone-keystone-capstone curricular model and perform outreach to corporate and community organizations to build educational pipelines in and out of the School. Currently serve on the Steering Committee of DU's University-wide Sustainability Committee with a focus on building community partnerships with organizations engaging with climate, energy, food security and mobility challenges.
Associate Director, Alumni Career Networks
Served as the liaison for the Career Development Center to the Office of Alumni Engagement and Division of University Advancement. Attended regional and national events; networked with Duquesne alumni and friends of the University; worked with the offices of the VP's, Deans, and Directors as well as the staffs of Alumni Engagement & Center for Career Development to determine key priorities. Lead on development and launch of a networking/mentoring platform ("DukesConnect," a Gravyty product) with the goal of building an on-line community of 3,500 users by June 2023. Themes have included brain health, elder health, environmental education and women’s leadership. Spinning classes, fundraising, logistics and direction. Also coordinated funding for and student repair of used bikes for donation to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota.

Worked with Career Center staff to design career-related out-reach to the Heller School’s three main client groups – students, employers and alumni; provided periodic reports and statistics on the Heller student employment picture; set the calendar for on and off-campus career events; managed external partnerships with employers and peer policy schools; and evaluated and built office resources in response to evolving student needs. Advised students across all career interests. After hours created two intramural soccer teams for Heller: the Black Mambas (all men) and the Green Mambas (coed).
