He has a strong track record in attracting, selecting, and developing high calibre leadership teams that delivered exceptional outcomes.He has been responsible for driving strategic and cultural change, merger integration and large-scale business restructuring. He has established a track record of addressing challenging business issues, through rapid assessment, clear analysis & planning and problem solving skills. His broad hands-on experience and pragmatic approach enables him to quickly understand his clients’ organisational context and support them to be most effective.
