As a Manager in the KPMG SOFY practice I focus on the development and implementation of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions for our customers and the integration of our solutions in the day to day business of our customers helping them to boost the performance of their processes and improve compliance with internal and external standards and regulations. Data driven decision making gets more and more to the core of accurate steering of our customers organisations. However, this is only effective if you are really able to turn these insights into tangible remedial actions to boost the performance and compliance of your business. All solutions we develop and implement at our customers focus on the conversion of large datasets and complex analytics into meaningfull insights and tangible actions.It is my strong believe that you add the most value if you can really bring the data driven insights in an understandable way as a powerfull tool to the people that are at the core of the decision making process which can be either on the operational, tactical or strategic level.

As a senior Business Intelligence & Analytics consultant I focus on the development of the data analytics capabilities and the integration of these capabilities in the Management Information strategy of our clients. The integration of statistical analytics, big data and advanced analytics solutions in the existing Management Information architecture is what creates next generation insights and added value for organizations that want to benefit from the continuous data flows within and outside their organization.

In the Business Intelligence and Analytics practice I focussed on improving control at all organisational levels by helping the client to define information that is critical for accurate steering of the organisation towards its strategic goals and to help them disclose that information in a sustainable solution at the right time in the right format to the right people.My passion as a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics consultant is to help improve the performance of our clients on their strategic goals by delivering direct and actionable insights in their current performance.
