I have spent the majority of my career directing large teams and major projects, particularly within the energy, mining and defence sectors. My experience in international and national senior management teams has equipped me to contribute best practice and innovative approaches to the Kolsen businesses. I lead strategy, business planning and operational activities across the group and work closely with business stakeholders, from personnel to major clients, to provide solutions drawing on the group’s expansive resources, capabilities and experience. Prior to joining Kolsen, I was Project Director for an electrical and mechanical services business at the $40bn Ichthys LNG site, having full responsibility of P&L accounts with over $400M revenue. In this role, I managed a team of 600 personnel carrying out engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, QA and commissioning work on the Ichthys LNG project (CVL3, OPS1, MEC1, TNK1, MEC2, COM1 and CCP9 packages), as well as offshore contracts with ENI, PTTEP, Shell, Technip and Inpex. I have led stakeholder engagement with government and Defence, as well as managed projects with Stena Drilling, Laing O Rourke, JKC, Inpex, UGL, Kentz, Leighton, Ventia, CB&I, GE, CH2M Hill, Kawasaki, and Broadspectrum (Defence).
