Hello,I'm Martin, an EFL Teacher for 8 years. How do I approach teaching?I foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where students feel at ease and develop confidence in their English skills. I bring an engaging teaching style that combines playful dynamics, role-playing, and performance-based techniques to make learning fun and natural.I specialise in simplifying and guiding the learning journey. My priority is fostering comprehensive skill development, enabling students to overcome obstacles such as fear of ridicule, lack of confidence, and motivation, and achieve greater effectiveness according to their age, profession, and current context.I have taught over 400 students - children, teenagers and adults. I worked in the UK in 2008-2009, and I hold the C1 Advanced and CELTA Certificates. Since 2021, I have been teaching aspiring cabin crew members, and I supervised a group of Catalan teenagers on an English programme with homestays and residencial stays in July 2023.
