From Ernst & Young as Client Director which provided the opportunity to work with a range of Global and FTSE 100 organisations, to recent experience at Tesco Bank I’ve led Strategy development and implementation through to project governance, delivery and implementation - managing Product portfolios of £30m+ with multi year benefits of £100m+As a Chartered Accountant I’ve always believed in delivering on commercial value, hence as well as a focus on core customer metrics such as TNPS/CSAT I have a strong focus on the cost to serve and ROI.CURIOSITY - I love to ask the ‘daft questions’ and get to the root of the customers problems...perhaps it’s my grounding as an auditor, or my passion for data and understanding customers e.g. Why do they behave the way they do, what are they looking for and how can we make it better for them.
