About Martin Castor
I am a versatile human effectiveness specialist and project manager. My expertise is centered on human performance measurement and use and design of simulations, but during the years I have also been engaged in many different kinds of human factors projects, in different roles. So I have worked with human effectiveness on different levels, from very practical application and development of assessment methods, analysis, project management to strategic, long term planning levels. Many of the projects have produced classified or commercially sensitive results. One of my strengths, that often has been commented, is my ability to transform scientific concepts into the customer’s language and promote the need of human factors projects. I have interacted with many different communities of practice and different cultures during my work and on my many private trips. I have visited 40 countries on all ice-free continents.Specialties: Decision support systemsHuman-centered automationTraining pesignHuman performanceUser testsModeling & SimulationCognitive scienceProject managementStrategic human factors roadmapping
