Since 2017, I have been a key creator, guide, and instructor of the R(e)BeLeader Quest program, an innovative leadership development initiative. The program was designed to assist leaders in developing the skills and mindsets required for success in the 21st century. To date, over 330 managers have participated in the program. Our primary goal has been and remains the transformation of leaders' beliefs, attitudes, behaviours, and skills, with an emphasis on the bank's new values, especially courage and partnership. The program has also helped to deepen relationships among participants, further strengthening the culture of partnership. Thanks to our unique approach where participants work in teams and apply their skills through real-world tasks (quests), we have achieved positive impacts on the corporate culture and leadership development within the bank.

Lean, Lean@IT, Agile, RUP, Scrum, XP, Theory of Constraints, MBTI (personality typology)I worked as a Lean & Agile coach, mentor and consultant in Tieto, an IT company with 18 000 employees distributed over the world, since 2006.I lived with Tieto teams and helped them and their customers achieve their goals, deliver more value, solve problems and improve efficiency, productivity and quality via adoption of Lean & Agile principles, practices and tools. Typical activities were coaching, facilitating Kaizen workshops and root cause analysis, training (Lean, Agile, MBTI), problem solving and practice adoption. And, of course, encouraging people to leave their comfort zones, creating a safe environment for their experiments and having fun. I also actively participate in the corporate Lean transformation endeavor and was a member of a corporate network of Lean coaches and mentors. I also spoke at different international conferences (Leanest 2013 in Ostrava and Prague, European Lean IT Summit 2011 & 2012 in Paris, Leanest 2012 in Stockholm, 33rd Degree Conference 2011 in Krakow, IBM Innovate 2010 in Orlando, FL)

Working as process mentor with specialization in the Ration Unified Process (RUP) and other agile SW development methodologies (SCRUM, XP, ADMM, Lean SW development).Conducting trainings (in both English and Czech language in Finland, Sweden and the Czech Republic), performing process assessment in different projects, supporting projects via mentoring.Also working as a project manager on a project for Nokia, leading a team of 9 people comprised of developers and testers. Implementing RUP.
