Only RainFellows are at your service.I have been working as a business consultant, coach and mentor since 2006.I'm a co-owner of the RainFellows company (www.rainfellows.cz/.com) and a board member in few other companies.My strong experience comes from working with both large and small teams from different countries all over the world, mostly in distributed environment.I am INTP personality type (MBTI) which makes me a good business strategist and navigator. I love learning and sharing. My strongest talents (Gallup) are all strategic: Input, Strategic, Intellection, Ideation and Learner.I am an experienced coach and mentor especially in Lean & Agile areas. I am a "navigator" by heart, "flying eagle". My passion is to encourage people and teams to make a change on the way to their dreams, help them to find their path and make the next step in whatever they do, be it software development, leading a company, launching a new business startup or running a basic school. I contribute with my experience from working with many different individuals, teams and companies around the world, often having very challenging setup in terms of distribution, team size, different languages and cultures and complex problems to solve. My specialties are active listening, supporting and encouraging, quick orientation and ability to get quick insights in very complex situations, generating possibilities addressing the core of any situation and suggesting concrete next steps. Co-creating something new with people I work with makes me feel enriched and fulfilled and I try to share this energy and experience with others.I also occasionally speak at international conferences (Leanest 2013 in Ostrava and Prague, European Lean IT Summit 2011, 2012 & 2013 in Paris, Leanest 2012 in Stockholm, 33rd Degree Conference 2011 in Krakow, IBM Innovate 2010 in Orlando, FL)Some of my hobbies are geocaching and golf, psychology (e.g. MBTI), Tribal Leadership and Theory U.

    Since 2017, I have been a key creator, guide, and instructor of the R(e)BeLeader Quest program, an innovative leadership development initiative. The program was designed to assist leaders in developing the skills and mindsets required for success in the 21st century. To date, over 330 managers have participated in the program. Our primary goal has been and remains the transformation of leaders' beliefs, attitudes, behaviours, and skills, with an emphasis on the bank's new values, especially courage and partnership. The program has also helped to deepen relationships among participants, further strengthening the culture of partnership. Thanks to our unique approach where participants work in teams and apply their skills through real-world tasks (quests), we have achieved positive impacts on the corporate culture and leadership development within the bank.
