The NZ Government Cloud Programme was responsible for the selection of cloud-based services for Public Sector agencies. These services included Office Productivity as a Service, Desktop as a Service and Cloud Identity and Access Management workstreams.Responsible for collating RFP requirements sourced from a number of agencies and the publication of an extensive RFP.Led an evaluation team responsible for the selection of vendors and completing Board papers relating to the recommendations.Prepared process and financial models used to evaluate the viability of these services, and played a key role in solution refinement.Coordinated and maintained the service catalogues, service levels and other contractual schedules with the many vendors, and supported the detailed contractual negotiation process.

BA Team that delivered the bulk of the requirements for Inland Revenue’s biggest implementation in 10 years. The project had extremely aggressive timelines and required the complex implementation of a major legislative change program with fixed deadlines.Worked closely with senior consulting manager to prepare and implement a rescue plan that turned around the project which had been drifting for 12 months.
