Deployed Azure DevOps including fully automated pipeline deployment model and application life cycle management (ALM) enabling fortnightly code deployments into Production● Commence returning D365 core platforms to a "Product Led" deployment position. Collapsing legacy platforms and processes into D365 architecture. Exploiting D365 strengths through module-by-module re implementation● Introduced ROI (Return on investment) funding model for core transformation programme projects to ensure investment is being priority led into the right areas of the business● Secure first funding through ROI model to work with Circuit Order management partner "Strategic Imperatives" to deliver a fully integrated API driven Circuit Ordering and Delivery Management process with British Telecom Wholesale. This technically complex project was delivered on time and on budget in around 6 months. Process time for new order placement via D365 CE reduced from 20 mins to around 3 to 5 seconds● Designed and delivered Azure Service Bus driven, feature rich CRUD API integration architecture to sit between core D365 platforms and the ITSM platform SMAX enabling auto creation and management of core ITSM Configuration Artifacts, of which there are 10's of thousands
