Responsible for all adviser support functions within Macquarie Private Wealth (MPW), including Research, Product Management, Sales, Practice Development, Marketing, Service & Operations, Information Technology.

Responsible for sourcing, commercial negotiation, research, approval and distribution for all products and services within Macquarie Private Wealth (MPW) as well as domestic merger and acquisition activity for the Banking & Financial Services Group.

Responsible for the development of Macquarie Private Portfolio Management (MPPM) from start up. MPPM was one of the first groups to offer Individually Managed Accounts for Australian investors and has a focus on tax effective management. Involvement in all aspects of the business including management, operations, compliance, sales, marketing and investment.

Responsible for strategy and development of research product including third party research sales to retail stockbrokers and management consultants. Worked closely with the Managing Director on the firm's international and retail expansion and developed Macquarie research sales platform.

Provided equities and derivatives advice to domestic and international institutional investors. Developed research sales platform and account management strategies.

Duties included performance reporting, writing quarterly reports, reconciling accounts, performing transaction analytics and allocation analysis, executing orders, management of portfolios, development and implementation of derivative strategies utilising exchange traded options and futures.
